Blocking our fire exit

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6691234.

VA07YKD this vehicle has damage at the rear and has been abandoned in our loading bay which is a fire exit for our day centre. In an hour or so we will have 40 vulnerable elderly clients arriving. This vehicle was not there when we left on Friday.

  • Where expressed permission is given by the land owner or a managing agent acting on the freeholder's behalf Bromley Council will investigate nuisance vehicles on privately owned land.

    There is a non-refundable administration charge per vehicle for the investigation of vehicles on private land. The investigation includes site visits, all relevant DVLA checks and the serving of any required notices on the vehicle. If there is no interested party or the vehicle is not claimed by an owner and deemed to be abandoned the removal of the vehicle will be undertaken free of charge by Bromley.
