Bin not emptied and rubbish over pavement and in my front garden

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6695568.

Overloaded street bin which has not been emptied so foxes have strewn rubbish over the pavement and my garden. I have reported this problem three times in the last seven weeks and frankly are fed up with it as the problem is recurring. People over load bins with their household rubbish so wither remove the bin or empty it far more frequently. As a ‘street friend’ I cleared the pavement but the bin is still full.
