Frant close - problems with street cleaning

As you can see in the photos, Frant Close is not being properly cleaned. The edges of pavements are very dirty all the time. This is a free parking, cul-de-sac near Penge High Street and it gets lots of visitors who heavily litter the street. Please advise your cleaning contractor to pay more attention to this street and particularly at cleaning the pavement edges. Thanks!
