Wheelie Bins (again)

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6699196.

Same issue around this end of Westgate Road. Multiple wheelie bins left out in the pavement, no one collecting them, and the binmen not doing their job properly. They are clearly being left in the pavement for long periods because people are clearly using them as public bins, and they're overflowing because of this.

Thank you for your report. Our contractor Veolia have been asked to remove/put the bin back to the property boundaries.
