Rubbish is left here in bags every week to be torn apart by foxes and rats . Obviously come from a nearby resident who can't be bothered to use a bin.Bit of council enforcement might be needed!! Can’t be good for the food outlets close by .

These bags are being left by people probably in the flats above the shops who seem to have no bins. Its a health hazard and unsightly. Surely they could be given bins ?
