Reported last year only to be told it was not your responsibility but that of The Walnuts. They clarified (officially) it is council responsibility which was fed back to you. As previously explained, the walnuts estate is home to many elderly, children & disabled (myself being one). Tonight, on a rare walk out supported by my child (young carer) I have again, slipped on the bridge.
