Wheelie Bin
Reported via desktop in the Environmental Services category anonymously at 03:31, Sat 30 November 2024
Sent to Bromley Council 6 days, 9 hours, 58 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6802319.
There is a topless black wheelie bin that seems to be lost that sits in this alley and is always overflowing with litter. It must belong to a property somewhere on the High Street but has clearly not been put back in the right place by the binmen and is now apparently abandoned.
