Sent to Bromley Council 1 week, 5 hours, 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6845039.

This bin has been there for a very long time, no one seems to own it, the dustmen never empty it. Can it please be emptied or at least be removed as people are dumping their rubbish in it.

Hi You mentioned this has been fixed, but the bin is still there full, can this please be removed, as it does not belong to either no. 64 or no. 66. Thank you
