Outside no 9 crown lane BR2. This is a regular occurrence, house hold rubbish being left beyond house boundary and spills onto public pavement causing trip hazard. Dangerous boards were left flat on the public pavement with nails facing upwards for people/animals to tread on and seriously hurt themselves. Which I have now placed onto no 9s driveway.
