4 blocked drains on Chelsfield Lane where the road narrows by Lilly's Wood. Previously reported and assured it would be dealt with when resurfacing work was carried out at this location. Work now completed but drains still blocked.

  • Thanks for your enquiry, the contractors will have to possibly close the road to clean the drains - Traffic Management is being organised and the gullies will be cleaned as soon as it can be arranged.

  • Thanks for your continued patience. Work still remains outstanding with our service provider to attend. Issues with TM and stuck covers will need to be resolved before undertaking cleansing works. We are working to coordinate this with our provider.

  • Apologies that this issue has not been resolved, further investigations have shown that two of the covers and frames need replacing - this will be done as soon as it cn be arranged.

    Many thanks for your patience whilst works were coordinated. 4 x gullies have now been attended and remedial works completed (NB photo only shows 2). This report will now be marked as fixed.
