• Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below: Dear Sir/ Madam, Charterhouse Road Recycling Site> I notice there is only one paper / cardboard container at this site. There used to be two bins. The current one is overflowing. Would it be possible to re-install a second bin please? Bearing in mind that there is high usage and demand for recycling those materials in this are with the high population and passing traffic and local shops. Kind regards, Mary Gracias • What action (if any) would you like us to take? ensure there are at least two paper recycling bins.

  • Thank you for using FMS. There are currently no immediate plans to increase recycling bank capacity at this location. However, this has been raised internally to see if it is an option in the future. The paper bank has been emptied and will continue to do so as per its weekly schedule.

Appropriate action has been taken to resolve the issue.
