Public foot bath guard rails on steps broken

The handrails going up the steps in jug Hill are broken nails protruding and our serious risk to injury owing to the slippery nature of the steps

  • Thank you for patience in relation to this enquiry, which owing to its location has made this slightly more complex to resolve. Just to note that the Council is undertaking a H&S assessment of all proposed remedial solution before enacting, and will look to provide a further update once this has completed.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. As noted previously the immediate health and safety risk was resolved. We are looking to consider further remedial works as part of our Infrastructure programme across the boroughs Parks and Open Spaces, which will be managed outside of the Fix My Street system.
