Contine to remove the ivy along the trees on warren road

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6989109.

The council marked trees and cleared ivy and were supposed to be comomg back to remove ivy that they had killed on trees but never returned. please could we have it removed and it is now regrowing and killing the beach hedge and we need some matience on these trees as big branches are falling. i have tried to contact you by telephone but you phone line keeps cutting off.
