  • Still waiting for many faults on centerline and sunken drain here to be fixed. All very well saying reports are duplicates, but doesnt seem to make you fix anything any quicker. There faults are DANGEROUS

  • A bollard and cone was placed over this dangerous drain weeks ago. It’s still not fixed and the bollard and cone are now gone this whole stretch of road urgently knee resurfacing. It is really dangerous.

  • Hole is now getting bigger and so dangerous to try and avoid with oncoming traffic. Please please please sort this ASAP.

  • First reported 18 days ago

  • 18 days,...rubbish, its been outstanding for months like all the other dangerous issues in Shire Lane. You keep knocking off reports and marking them as fixed when they are nothing of the sort. Dangerous road, just waiting for the fatal accident now because of council intransigence.

Posted anonymously at 16:15, Tuesday 11 February 2025

  • Please please will someone in the Council look to sort out the potholes/collapsed drain covers in Shire Lane. As I can see they have been reported several times over the last month. Trying to avoid them with oncoming traffic is virtually impossible. There are going to be claims for damage to vehicles without something being done immediately.

  • If this has been fixed, well all well and good, shame it took you months on end. If however it has not been fixed which I will check carefully when Shire Lane reopens, then it will just be logged yet again with reference to the fact that it has actually been outstanding for months on end despite being extremely dangerous imo!

  • 24 days to fix.
