Reported via mobile in the Blocked Drain category anonymously at 13:10, Sat 25 January 2025

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7031310.

The drain cover outside our house has suddenly collapsed and is sunken. I am not sure exactly when it happened but I believe it’s in the past week or so.

  • Most of the loose material seems yo have been removed but the bottom of the drain still has a lot of solidified cement from previous repairs. The distance from the top of the grate to the bottom is only 16 inches.

  • The drain outside number 188 village way has had a ongoing issue for quite some time, debris from previous fixes solidified at bottom and in need of digging out to allow this drain to do its job. There has been work cones and barriers with a dated sign for works on 25/03/25 however nothing as of yet carried out. Can this be look at asap, as the cone and barrier is directly outside a driveway and in turn causes an obstruction.

  • Can someone please confirm if action is still needed and when it will be completed please? Additionally, the cone and barrier left to mark works on 25/4 are still at the location.
