Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 703639.
Despite my filling out two online forms to bromley council. The rubbish and paper bins at Vivian Court block of flats have not been taken for over two weeks. The bins are overflowing and there is no space to put any rubbish.

Again, the Vivian Court refuse wheelie bin plus the bins at Parkwood flats 1-6 and Parkwood 7-14 have not been emptied. We do not have a food collection so we should have a weekly collection. This is getting ridiculous!! I have filled in numerous online forms via council website to no avail. The bins are overflowing.
