Protective vegetation removed from park boundary
Reported via desktop in the Shrub Beds category anonymously at 11:43, Tuesday 4 February 2025
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7083494.
Re 20 Alexandra Rd - I have queried removal of protective bushes along our boundary on your website 3 times in the last few months. Lbb agreed they would be provided many wears ago when a compound was removed. The bushes/brambles were chopped down some months ago without any notice or consultation with the the park friends. Can I please have a response to my queries about how & why this happened and what measures will be taken to protect the property which is now exposed and has lead stolen from the foof.

This was reported nearly 4 weeks ago, it was said your contractor had been asked to take appropriate action. Please advise what this is and the current position.

Thank you for your report and additional comments. We are currently investigating removal of the vegetation, as it appears this was not carried out by Bromley Parks contractor (Idverde). An update will be provided shortly.
