Damage around drain

Outside number 6 & 7 Paulinus Close there is a drain where the tarmac has broken away causing a 2" drop around it, this is constantly getting worse as it is a turning circle at the end of the close, could someone take a look and hopefully repair the fault before is causes and damage to tyres or wheels of the cars. Thank you.
