Car Parked on highway

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7249287.

THis car has been parked on this spot since August 2024 reported then ( 6524651.) but becasue it was taxed was seen as not abandoned now it is SORN but still on highway in same position with no MOT
