  • These potholes have been reported multiple times and are very dangerous. This area was repaired by your contractor last year, but clearly not to a satisfactory standard. It now needs emergency repairs to avoid the risk of accidents/vehicle damage. Do NOT close this report without stating what action has been taken to resolve the issue and when this will be dealt with (it is already well outside your 35 day service standard).

  • This issue has NOT been fixed within your service standard (35 days) and now needs URGENT attention. I appreciate it is in a difficult location for traffic management, but that is not an excuse for failing to take action when it has become dangerous. When will it be dealt with?

  • This issue is most definitely NOT fixed and has been outstanding for a considerable time. These potholes cause vehicles to swerve dangerously to avoid them. Please advise WHEN they will be dealt with.
