The oil spillage has not been cleaned, therefore not resolved, please can this be look into again

Thank you for using FMS. Our street cleansing contractor has attended this location on multiple occasions to pressure wash the affected area. While the surface is no longer slippery underfoot, unfortunately, we are unable to remove the staining caused by the oil spillage, as it has penetrated the tarmac.
