Wobbling Pavement and post out of the ground

The pavement blocks at the bottom of the road are wobbling and the bollard is loose. This is causing a massive trip hazard and is unsafe. It is located right outside our office which is a charity for complex medically ill children and disabled users. We have put some hazard tap down so our individuals don't trip over it. Please could this be rectified ASAP
