Wheel of wire on wooden post

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 08:25, Wednesday

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7441854.

There is a wooden post with a wheel of wire hanging on this post since many weeks. It could be a some point a trip hazard on the pavement or the wire could go on the street. If whoever is responsible for this could come over and have at look at it please it would be great.
