Yellow lines faded
Reported via desktop in the Road Marking category anonymously at 13:40, Thursday 17 April 2025
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7447212.
The yellow lines on Church Drive and the corners of Queensway, both single and double have yet to be re marked. Someone came last week and marked a short section by the junction of Kingsway, but stopped by the access road behind the shops. None of the single yellow lines are visible and parking on Church Drive is causing issues to traffic and the bus access. The double yellow lines on the corners to Queensway are frequently ignored.

This report has been referred to our Traffic Management Team who are responsible for the way traffic is managed on Bromley's roads; including, but not limited to, implementing new road markings and signage in relation to road safety and parking; walking and cycling improvements, including identifying locations for new cycle racks and installing Vehicle Activated speed signs - however, please note that responsibility for enforcing speed limits rests with the Police.
Where requests are made for changes, our Traffic Management Team will consider all requests but often there is a need for a full investigation, planning and consultation within the local area particularly around proposed new traffic schemes, and any considerations must be balanced with borough-wide priorities. This report is now closed on FixMyStreet and our Traffic Management Team will consider this matter.State changed to: Internal referral
