The road and pavement badly in need of resurfacing

Both the road and pavement of Forge Close badly need resurfacing and repairing. I work at Forge Close Surgery in this road and a colleague had a very bad fall ending up in A and E yesterday due to uneven paving and road surface. Both pavement and road are used extensively by the ill, frail and those in wheelchairs so it is imperative they can safely get the surgery. Please can you urgently look into repairing both soonest. Thank you
