A van drove into the tree and knocked it over

A van knocked down an overhanging tree, it was cleared up and the pavement is lifted and the stump needs to be removed, this is a health and safety issue as there are lots of elderly people in the close, please can you assist, many thanks

Thank you for your enquiry. Works raised to remove stump with replacement added to planting schedule 2025/26 due to be planted between November to March 26. Separately, the enquiry has been referred to HW's to inspect the footway to see if it meets their criteria for intervention for repairs.
