Please can we request a more suitable bin

Hi, We have brought our young children on multiple occasions recently to the park on the junction of Bucks Cross Rd/Skibbs Lane in Chelsfield Village and there is rubbish all across the playground (as pictured). This is due to someone putting their household waste in the open bin and foxes going through it. Please could we request that the bin is replaced with something more suitable and people arent able to dump their household rubbish. Thanks in advance
