Three bollards on pavement

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7529314.

Three bollards have been installed on the pavement further out from the wall. It is blocking a part of the pavement making access with buggies and wheelchair tricky, especially when bins are also out

  • The bollards are a safety issue on the public footpath. They have damaged the footpath and blocking the walkway.

  • I'm not clear why this has been marked as no further action. It is an accident waiting to happen with someone walking into it as it sticks out onto the pathway outside of the line of walls down the road. It appears to have been installed privately on the public pathway, resulting in unclear liability and maintenance.
