We are sorry to hear of this experience with Clarion Housing. FixMyStreet is only used for reporting issues to us for tree owned and maintained by Bromley Council. From the photographs it appears this tree is in the Allotments -- Bromley Council does not manage this land. Please continue to report to Clarion Housing this issue. Alternatively, you may wish to contact your Bromley Ward Councillor for advice and further information. https://cds.bromley.gov.uk/ mgMemberIndex.aspx?bcr=1

This is not a private tree it is in the middle of four houses that have put up fences around it. it is not an allotment I have no idea who is responsible for the tree please can someone advise who is responsible and if it can be removed
Or let me know how I can find out before the tree does further damaged or someone gets injured
I can not be responsible just because I am reporting it I need to know how to find out who is responsible so a solution can be found not just be referred to citizens advice it’s Bromley council that needs advice who is responsible by passing this to the relevant section

This is not a tree owned or maintained by Bromley Council. Responsibility for the tree would be down to the land owner.
Bromley do not hold records of private ownership. If the information has been registered, the ownership of private land may be found via a land registry search: http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/
