Perhaps you haven't found the correct place. Garden waste still being added. From Warnford Road, cross Warren Road and take the left hand path through the trees. Where the path divides, take the small left hand path. Comes out opposite 83 Warren Road. Not so easy to spot from the 83 Warren Road side.
