Drains blocked

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7574304.

The drain outside number 29 Gleeson Drive and the one opposite are both blocked, creating flooding issues after heavy rainfall. This clears eventually but can take 2 days. Can these drains be unblocked.
