Overflowing bins spilling litter onto the street

Reported via mobile in the Litter and Detritus category anonymously at 08:58, Friday 16 May 2025

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7577375.

This repeated issue has been reported 100s of times. Yet again rubbish is overflowing from the uncollected bins and rubbish blows all over the end of Versailles. There are now rats amongst the rubbish and loose used nappies. This needs direct dealing with the landlord/management company

  • Email the head of neighbourhood management and their team (jim.cowan@bromley.gov.uk and mark.crawley@bromley.gov.uk) I have been lobbying for months to get Veolia to start actually fulfilling their contract of cleaning the roads in SE20 twice per week (Tuesdays and Fridays). The guys mentioned above will follow up with Veolia directly. I would recommend doing that as reports on this app are always getting missed or ignored
