Tree requires cutting/pruning as tree is v big and blocking sunlight

Reported via mobile in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 14:25, Fri 16 May 2025

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7579326.

This is a mature tree behind the parade of shops on green street green high street (and next to the doctors surgery, has grown to a very tall height. It blocks the natural sunlight from late lunch time for the rest of the day. My garden on Laxey Road backs behind it and the first 3 houses on Laxey Road dont get any sun due to the tree size.Could this be trimmed back and reduced in size?
