Illegal skip company storing skips in parking bays

Isn’t it about time clarion and Bromley council sorted this man and his boys out? There’s now 2 illegally placed skips in Waltham close, rubbish and debris everywhere. It looks nasty and it all stinks. They’re out there most days transferring crap out of their flat backs and dumping it round the back of Bredgar House where all the fly tipping is reported. We are sick of the noice, the smell, the rubbish flying around, the tyre punctures. Bloody do something. It’s all a major fire risk.
