Queues into the car wash at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning blocking the highway

I was driving down Homesdale Road today heading towards Bromley. That was a queue going into the car wash and to get around the queue I had to overtake the queue and in trying to do so I nearly had a head-on collision with a car coming in the opposite direction. The queue is on a bend in the road so if you're trying overtake you cannot see what is coming the other way. It is dangerous for cars to sit in the queue and block the highway like this. I believe there are currently alterations taking place in the recycling site to avoid queues along Homesdale Road once the recycling site reopens. It seems it will be no good fixing the queue issue at the recycling site if another queue issue remains in respect of the car wash. I believe that the queue into the car wash is a nuisance in the local neighborhood and that the business should take steps to reduce this issue as it could cause an accident. In addition, the council should take action before there is an accident.
