Several very large trees

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7587720.
There are several very large trees in the park behind Victory House and whilst we appreciate they cannot and shouldn’t be removed - we do think they should be cut back regularly (they overhang our car park) and perhaps we wouldn’t be suffering as we now are.
There are what I think are cottonwood trees that are shedding a white cotton wool substance that is covering everywhere. It is in the air all the time and we cannot open our windows or sit out in the beautiful sunshine we have been experiencing. When anyone enters the main doors, the white fluff comes in which means we now have this in corridors and ultimately in our homes. It is also accumulating in drains and pipe joints. When we go out, the white fluff gets on our clothes and we obviously breath it in. Some of the residents have respiratory problems and are really suffering. We would very much appreciate your help.
