Looks like garden rubbish

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7589022.

In the wooded area on right hand side of Rushmore Hill in direction of Coolings there are two areas of flytipping - large pot and bags. Not too far from each other. There is also other bits of discarded rubbish in area.
