Regularly over flowing bin emptied by birds.

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7591184.

Someone keeps using the bin to dispose of their take away containers ( usually friday evening/saturday morning) Some times its as much as two bags full of containers. This causes the bin to be excessively full and attracts birds who pull the waste out and spread it across the road. I have been picking it up and putting it into my own rubbish bins but as this is becoming so frequent I feel I need to request the removal of the bin to another lamppost in the street.
