Parking is blocking access to the traffic lights

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7592286.
Please could the parking at the junction of Albermarle Road opposite KFH and the Co-op be changed. The cars that park at the closest spaces to the traffic lights end up causing significant traffic jams up Albermarle Road as they create one land of traffic where cars are turning right, rather than two lanes with a straight and right lane .
Is there any need at all for parking spaces in this stretch of road given there is a huge Car park at st Georges Church and on the road next to it and both M&S and Waitrose and the station have car parks for shoppers and travellers in this area.
The parking at this junction on Albermarle Road is not needed for local shops as there is enough other parking around.
If the parking here were removed it would make the flow of traffic at this busy junction better. And given that it has recently become much worse at this junction since the closure of the Westgate Road Bridge in this direction, it would seem sensible to review the movement of traffic at these lights and the issue that the parking spaces cause in blocking the road, since heavier use of this junction after the work identified above.
