There has been a skip abandoned here for some 2 months now with no construction work going on.Is this correct and acceptable,it’s an eyesore and right in front of my office.Is there a skip license and should it be removed if no construction work is going on.

    The skip is still here dumped outside my office door…It’s been here for months and there is no construction going on because planning permission was denied on the site.Can you arrange for it to be removed and consider the need for another licensed with no construction going on. Thanks
