Rubbish bins not being emptied

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7658935.

Two bins not being emptied. Rubbish now all outside of bin and spread over children’s play area

    This was the bin in the play park at Pratts Bottom Recreation Ground. Bin full dirty nappies an poo bags strewn over the play area. I don’t agree that the problem has been fixed. Also poo bags still around main bin by entrance.

    This is the third time of reporting the bin in the play park has not been emptied for a long time - rubbish is strewn around where children play. Twice I have had a response to say it has been emptied, it has not! Please see photos attached. As previously stated there are two bins one by entrance and one in the pay area - dirty nappies and poo bags for toddlers to play amongst, disgusting and unhygienic
