Waste bin has not been emptied for 8 weeks now. Fly tipping around it, rodents spotted.

There seems to be an issue with waste disposal for the “business centre” and/or Papdam restaurant. This is the second time I am reporting the tenants/ clients dumping rubbish. Are you able to investigate what waste disposal these landlord have in place and why is it not maintained properly? It attracts rodents to the area and is a very bad look. This is not Lewisham. Please address it with the property owners.
