Overgrown long hedge line of trees and bushes

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7690062.

Unknown if the trees are public or private. They make a hedge along the pavement between the House known as Timberline to the bus stop. The hedges are growing out into the pavement. Not thick, but thick enough. As someone who is 6 ft tall, my hair is getting caught in the foliage right the way along. You have to walk almost on the curb to get by.
