Fly tipping/ rubbish in the street

Fly tipping near sainsbury local in Eden park. Every morning Eden park area and Harvingtons park is covered with litter, it's absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to the residents who pay souch for council tax. The situation with local bins ( which are unsuitable for the purpose) , fly tipping, lack of cleaning service and lack of bins is our of control. It needs to be addressed by the council.
