Massively overhanging public tree stopping public using footpath safely

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7697261.

The tree in question is overhanging and almost touching the pavement. People cannot use the footpath and have to walk on the edge of paving or even road to walk around, massive risk to public safety.

Tree located on corner of Hawthorne Road and Blackbrook Lane.
