Septic tank sewage spill on road

Sewage was left on the corner of Tylney Road and Canon Road on 12th June. With sewage running down Canon Road along the public path and and roadway. The smell is awful as well as being a hazard to pedestrians near the busy main road. The road and path need to be cleaned as soon as possible.
