Right of way in-useable

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7757849.

This has been reported several times now, the track is unusable for horses which is a major tack which used to be used by many riders, the roads are getting busier due to all the road closures around, the lanes are becoming like rat runs and this is one of the routes which takes you to several locations to avoid too much roadwork. It is also dangerous under foot when walking, the path has washed away from the rain which leaves big rocks and very uneven crevices! Another path we have lost for a few years now and would be nice to get it back on foot and on horseback
