Large tree is overgrown and in need of being pruned as is causing damage to the fences due to the roots of it.

We live in the flats that the tree intrudes on and when windy massive branches fall and on 2 occasions caught a child. It is pushing against the fence , also the tree to the right/ bush is protruding into the next garden. Also the tree is causing subsidence.

Our contractor has informed us that there is an active birds nest in the tree. We will continue to monitor this and undertake the works as soon as possible.
