Clarion Missed waste collection

Once again Clarion has not collected the non recyclable waste from the Palace Square estate. This needs urgent action, since the foxes have already scattered the rubbish on the pavement, the wasps are gathering, the smell is awful!!

Thank you for your ongoing patience. I’d like to confirm that the scheduled waste collection for this address takes place every other Monday. To ensure that this service operates smoothly, it’s important that bins are only presented on the designated collection day. I’ve contacted Clarion Housing to remind them that their caretaker should not present the bins prior to the scheduled Monday collection. This is to avoid any missed pick-ups and to maintain the cleanliness and order of the area. Please continue to let me know if any further issues arise. I’ll do my best to monitor the situation closely and keep everything on track.
