I have requested the move several times due to it being an emergency barrier but they have refused whilst being verbally abusive

  • Our Parks Security Contractor has been tasked to monitor and address this reported issue.

  • I am not sure how your parks contractor can monitor this as you would need to be placed by the barrier for the entirety of the park opening hours. I am only able to see this as it is directly opposite my window.
